About this apartment rental
Comfortable 3-star vacation apartment (55 square meters) on the first floor with a private entrance, located right by the lake. Wonderful view of the surrounding mountains, a sunny south-facing patio, and a garden with a lawn for sunbathing. Parking space directly in front of the apartment entrance and lockable storage for bicycles.
The vacation apartment has been extensively renovated: hardwood floors, a Swiss stone pine bedroom for a comfortable night’s sleep, and a completely new bathroom with a shower, sink, full-wall mirror, toilet, and window. New living room furniture and interior updates (photos coming soon). A Toshiba LED flat-screen TV with Internet TV (if guests bring their access code), a CD player, radio, and Wi-Fi are, of course, available.
The well-equipped kitchen features, among other things, an electric stove with a ceramic cooktop and a dishwasher.
Bed linens, towels, and kitchen towels are, of course, provided.
The center of Rottach-Egern, with its numerous shopping options, is just a few meters away; the Rottach-Egern lake and thermal baths, the bus stop, and the boat dock are also in the immediate vicinity.
This location makes it an ideal starting point for hikes, scenic walks, and bike rides.

From the vacation apartments, you can reach the shore of Lake Tegernsee in just a few minutes on foot: there, enjoy the wonderful view of the famous “Malerwinkel” in Rottach-Egern and the surrounding mountains.
Our spacious and sunny vacation apartments, located right by the lake, are very cozy and comfortably furnished in the popular Upper Bavarian style and have been rated 3 or 4 stars by the German Tourism Association.
Right from our house, you can set out on numerous activities in any season or simply relax on the terrace and the sunbathing lawn. The southern shore of Lake Tegernsee is just a few steps away. Likewise, just a few minutes’ walk away in the well-known spa town of Rottach-Egern, you’ll find numerous shopping options, as well as the Rottach-Egern lake and thermal baths, the well-maintained spa facilities, pubs, restaurants, bus stops, a boat dock, and much more in the immediate vicinity.
As a guest in the Tegernsee Valley, you can use the MVV bus lines throughout the Oberland as often as you like for free with the Tegernsee Card! The Tegernsee Card offers you many discounts on your activities.
Of course, you also have free Wi-Fi in the vacation apartments. You can recharge any e-bikes you bring with you in the lockable shelter during your stay.
