Calderitx - beautiful country house with Mallorcan stone facade
The house is located in the village of Ariany, it´s well connected and only 20km from the beach.
It has a capacity for up to 6 guests because of its 3 bedrooms with air conditioning and 2 bathrooms.
The furnished kitchen is well equipped and it is open to the living - dining room.
From the comfortable veranda you have a view of the garden and the pool, which has the dimensions of 10 x 5 m.
There are sun loungers, a Balinese bed and a table tennis.
Extra charges NOT included in price:
- - Electricity consumption at 0.38€ €/kwh
- - Tourist tax;
High season (from May to October, both included) 2€/adults/night during the first 8 nights. From 9th night, 1€/adult/night.
Low season (from November to April, both included) 0.50€/adult/night during the first 8 nights. From 9th night, 0.25€/adult/night.
- - Damage deposit 200 €

This is really the best place you can stay in Mallorca. It is spacious, clean, beautiful and has everything you need to make your stay perfect. The fence around the pool is perfect when you have small children. The terrace in the evening has great sunsets and a good place for a glass of wine.
