Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dieser ruhigen und gepflegten Finca. Besonders gefallen haben uns der schöne Pool, der Garten, die gut ausgestattete Küche und die angenehme Privatsphäre. Das Haus war sauber und machte insgesamt einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Bei unserer Ankunft stand eine leckere Ensaimada als Willkommensgruß für uns bereit, was uns sehr gefreut hat. Lorenzo, den Besitzer, haben wir erst einige Tage später kennengelernt. Er war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Auch die Kaution wurde nach der Abreise schnell zurücküberwiesen. Positiv war außerdem, dass eine sehr späte Anreise problemlos möglich war. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub und können die Finca für alle empfehlen, die Ruhe, Privatsphäre und das authentische Mallorca suchen.

Man sollte allerdings wissen, dass ein Auto unbedingt erforderlich ist. Etwas umständlich fanden wir, dass der Müll selbst zu einer etwa fünf Minuten entfernten Sammelstelle gebracht werden musste. In einem Badezimmer war der Wasserdruck der Dusche sehr stark, sodass ein anderer Duschkopf angenehmer wäre. Außerdem kühlten die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern kaum, während die Anlage im Wohnzimmer gut funktionierte. Bei der Ankunft standen im Haus Duftstäbchen, deren Geruch wir als unangenehm empfanden. Nachdem wir sie auf die Terrasse gestellt hatten, war das Problem jedoch schnell behoben. Über zwei Flaschen Wasser zur Begrüßung hätten wir uns nach der Anreise ebenfalls gefreut.

Es gab alles was macht braucht sehr gut

Lovely location within tranquil farming country, lovely clean rustic farm house with character. Great pool. Close to Ariany village, with a pretty church on the top of a hill with a great outlook. Within a 18 minute drive to Can Picafort & the nearest beach, Ponderosa.

Minor issues - we are fond of cooking, even when away on holiday, so a larger chopping board, a sharper kitchen knife as well as some updated pots/pans would be welcome, though there was a reasonable selection of pots, in fairness. The fridge takes a while to cool things down, could do with being updated too. A set of cereal bowls would be good - there are some disparate smaller bowls and a larger salad type bowl which we used, but again these are small gripes. Some clear instructions, or a map, with respect to where to take your rubbish bags is an idea - we found this out by asking at the supermarket in town: there is a depot point not too far from the supermarket within the town itself, accessible using the card which is given to you by the owners, who are very nice and who welcomed us but whose English was a little limited, but not as limited as our Spanish. We were given the impression that it is out of town on the way to Alcudia, but it wasn't. Finally, the owner did mention that he would return within 3 days to clean the pool, but didn't, so there was a build up of a variety of insects on the bottom of the pool by the time we left a week later. Didn't bother us, but may be an issue for others.
