Beautiful stone house with swimming pool in rural area.
Welcome to the heart of the island!
This beautiful stone house is located just 1 km from Ariany and is situated in a very peaceful area.
Here you will be far from mass tourism and will be able to find especially the peace and relaxation you need on your well-deserved holiday.
The country house has 120 square metres of living space in 3 lovingly furnished bedrooms. One is equipped with a double bed and two more with 2 single beds each. The two bathrooms have a shower and toilet. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with all amenities. The cosy and bright living room invites you to relax. Satellite/cable TV and Internet/WLAN are also available for your well-deserved holiday (FIBRE OPTIC). For the cold winter days there is a fireplace. The bedrooms and dining area are equipped with air conditioning.
Simply fantastic is the perfectly maintained outdoor area. The rest and seating areas, lovingly furnished, offer views and unforgettable moments during your well-deserved holiday days. There is a large outdoor barbecue area and plenty of space for pleasant group barbecue evenings.
The large swimming pool (9x4m) is integrated into the terrace and comfortable sun loungers are provided. Additionally, you have a table tennis table at your disposal.
IMPORTANT:
All additional payments and online registration procedures are carried out through instant messaging outside the platform.
All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday apartments must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in which case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.
Electricity included (3 kW/day per person)
Important note on electricity consumption: Out of respect for the environment and with the aim of promoting responsible use of resources, the cost of air conditioning is not included in the accommodation price.
Air conditioning according to consumption 0.35 Eur/kW
A refundable deposit is charged.

We enjoyed our stay a lot in this beautiful house. The owners are really nice and even surprised us with a cake. We were a little bit unfortunate with the weather as it was quite chilly but the house was even prepared for that. We loved it!

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Finca. Das Grundstück mit Finca und Garten ist ein Traum und noch schöner wie auf den Bildern. Die Eigentümer Lorenzo und seine Frau Maria sind so herzlich und nett. Sie waren immer erreichbar für uns. Wir wurden bei Ankunft persönlich von Ihnen begrüßt und haben einen Kuchen und eine Wassermelone zur Begrüßung geschenkt bekommen. Wir würden immer wieder kommen und können die Finca sehr empfehlen. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert da der nächste größere Supermarkt ca 15 min mit dem Auto entfernt ist.
Der einzige Verbesserungspunkt sind die Betten diese waren leider nicht so bequem aber auch das war halb so schlimm

Die Finca liegt schön abgelegen und man kann herrlich entspannen.
Wunderschön eingerichtet mit jeder Menge Charme.
Die Küche ausgestattet mir allem was man braucht,
der Wohnbereich gemütlich, falls man mal einen Fernsehabend machen möchte.
Großer Garten mit schönem Pool .
Innen, wie außen genügend Essplätze.
In Ariany direkt gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, der
alles hat was man so benötigt.
Am besten aber waren die tollen und echt netten und hilfsbereiten Vermieter !!!
Die Kommunikation mit Mallorca Charme und den Vermietern war top.
Es war definitiv eine gute Wahl und wir können
das Objekt bedingungslos weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben hier eine sehr schöne Finca in ruhiger Lage vorgefunden und uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und immer erreichbar für Fragen oder Probleme jeder Art.
Der Pool ist nicht zu übertreffen. Sehr schöne Größe und auch die Wasserqualität war top.
Die Finca war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Wir haben hier sehr gut geschlafen.
Eine größere Kaffeemaschine wäre schön.
Leider waren in den Schränken der Schlafzimmer zu wenig Einlegeböden um Kleidung ab zu legen.
Das wurde mit dem Vermieter schon besprochen.
Was uns sonst störte war, das verschiedene Schubläden im ganzem Haus mit irgendeinem Kram den fast keiner brauchte vollgestopft waren. Gerade zu Coronazeiten nicht schön und der Platz fehlte teilweise.
Der Garten war sehr schön angelegt. Für die kleine Wäsche gab es sogar 2 Waschmaschinen.
Wir haben mit 2 Ehepaaren auf der Finca Sa Rota 2 sehr schöne Wochen verbracht und können daher die Finca auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
Da die Finca auf dem Lande liegt, ist ein Auto notwendig. Wer die Insel erkunden möchte braucht ja sowieso ein Auto.
Wer das Landleben und die Ruhe liebt, ist hier genau richtig!!
