Family-friendly villa, only 150m to the child-friendly beach

This home was perfect for our first cousin getaway. We had 11 adults and 1 baby and it couldn’t have worked out better. The property is nestled away in a quiet neighborhood. The three story home is set up like 3 apartments with individual kitchens and bathrooms. About 6 min from splits airport and 40 min from city center with traffic gave us flexibility to explore or just relax at home. The view from the third floor was amazing and I would definitely stay there again.

The location was great-close to the beach, bus stop (which we used daily), bakery (again used daily) and supermarket. If you get the bus app and buy tickets online this is apparently cheaper. The house was excellent- had all the items you would need for your stay. Communication was beyond excellent. Martin was so helpful with anything we needed, he helped us sort a boat trip which was one of the highlights of our stay. He also sorted transfers to/from the airport. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone.

For over a year our family 14 of us, parents, our 3 daughters, their husbands and 6 grandchildren have been planning a get together in Croatia. This house turned out to be perfect for us with 3 floors and 7 bedrooms, with a very nice patio and large table that we could all eat around. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. Each floor had a bathroom/shower, living area with kitchen. Each floor was airconditioned. It was immaculately clean. 1. The location is great, 10 minutes away from the very modern and new Split airport, 2. We were 150 meters to the ocean along a small road, 5 minute walk to the beach 3. Split and Trogir are wonderful towns that were 10 minutes and 40 minutes away by bus. 4. The bus was very close and came every 20 minutes, no need for a car. 5. There are taxis and Uber, but mostly we walked or took the bus. 6. Likewise, grocery stores, butcher and bakery were a close walk 7. The coast is fantastic with small forts lining it. It is a resort community with lots of restaurants and taverns but very, very family friendly. 8. We were there for 2 weeks and made trips to the sea with the children, long walks along the coast with connects small towns, excursions to Split and Trogir and other local cities and the national parks (Krka is lovely). Wine tasting was fun and close by. Dubrovnik is about 5 hours away by bus or fast ferry. Maybe 4 hours by car. We had a chef come in one evening to prepare a Dalmatian meal. 9. Prices were very reasonable. We spent less money than if we were at home in the US. Finally, the best part is Martin who lives in an adjoining house and cares for the place with his brother. Martin is very easy to communicate with, responsive. He arranged several tours for all 14 of us before we came that were EXCELLENT and great value. If we had any problems with the house, he solved them the same day. He even took our daughter shopping for water shoes for 90 minutes and would accept no money for this. He truly believes in hospitality and wants his guests to have a great time in Croatia.

The house was perfect and the host was always available to help us with any problem. Thanks for the wonderful stay
