Villa Borée: Bright accommodation with enclosed garden in the heart of Lacanau Océan
Located in the heart of the Lacanau Océan seaside resort, this pleasant bright villa with WIFI connection benefits from a sought-after location, just 400 metres from the ocean and 200 metres from shops. Lake Lacanau is accessible at approximately 5 kilometres, offering a wide choice of water sports and leisure activities in the heart of nature. This house is ideal for family or friends' holidays, in the immediate vicinity of the beaches and the bustle of the town centre.
The villa offers comfortable and well-arranged living spaces. From the entrance, you discover a welcoming lounge-dining room, furnished with a sofa, armchairs, television and a dining area with table and chairs, perfect for sharing good times after a day at the beach. The open, modern and fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals independently thanks to complete equipment and plenty of storage space.
On the ground floor, a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and storage offers comfortable sleeping accommodation, complemented by a bathroom with shower and sink as well as independent WC.
On the upper floor, the sleeping area consists of three additional bedrooms, two of which have double beds and storage, and one bedroom equipped with two single beds, ideal for children. A bathroom with bathtub, sink, WC and washing machine completes this floor.
Outside, the villa has a terrace furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for outdoor meals. The fully enclosed garden offers a pleasant and secure space for children. For family comfort, a cot and high chair are provided, and WIFI connection is included.

Very good and clean property with all facilities you would need.
Booking and check in was all straight forward and the staff at the agency very helpful.
The house is just over the road from a supermarket that is also not obtrusive. Also is just a couple of streets and 2 minute walk from the very long sandy beach and the sea front shops, cafes and bars. Again, not obtrusive as the house is far enough away not be be disturbed by the entertainment there.
The whole Lacanau Ocean and Medoc region is great to explore and very quiet as far as numbers of people are concerned. We went in early June, so nice and quiet for us.
We hired a car from Bordeaux where we stayed overnight before moving west.
All absolutely spot-on. And many thanks to the owner and the agency staff, very much appreciated.
