Spend your holidays in a natural environment, in the heart of Lacanau international golf course. Approximately 3 km from the ocean and the lake, the villa is situated peacefully in the Eden Parc residential complex on the edge of a pine forest and has a large private swimming pool. Wonderful family or friends' holidays await you in this green haven! You have access to cycle paths that allow you to fully enjoy either the beach, the lake or the forest.
This colonial-style villa of 85m² boasts a magnificent enclosed garden on a tree-lined plot of 1000m². It comprises a lounge (with TV), dining room opening onto a large shaded terrace, and a fully equipped American-style kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, citrus press, toaster and filter coffee maker). You have a master suite with its own private bathroom (bathtub) and 2 bedrooms with 2 separate beds with a second bathroom (shower). Finally, you have access to a well-equipped laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. This villa is truly ideal for accommodating 8 people.
Share beautiful moments of conviviality around a barbecue whilst enjoying a magnificent, well-equipped and sheltered terrace.
And spend time in deckchairs in front of a large private swimming pool of 10x4.7m.
