CLEAN AND SPACIOUS BEACH VACATION FAMILY RENTAL - 2ND FLOOR

We are repeat renters for a reason; location, cleanliness, knowing what to expect, Steve’s communication, and a space on the island that is still available for a single family. This year’s stay was no different than the past and we enjoyed a fantastic week. One change we weren’t aware of is there are now blankets and pillows on every bed while the check in instructions still note you need to bring your own. Good to know if space in your car is at a premium.

As the traditional capes continue to be replaced with huge homes it has become more difficult to find a smaller home for a single family, so in that regard this is a gem. Perfectly located for where we like to stay on the island to be close to family, this was just the right size for our family and we could have comfortably had a few more stay with us. The unit is your traditional duplex, very clean, had enough indoor space for us to comfortably lounge on a rainy day, and the kitchen had all the dishes and pots/pans needed for cooking, plus the grill worked great. The outdoor shower is shared with the unit below, but our family and the ones on the first floor seemed to keep different schedules and it was never an issue.

This was our second year renting this house. We came back for a reason and will make this a tradition! House set up is very open and conducive to hosting. Very clean and bright with a great view. Perks like household supplies, coffee pot, and a dishwasher makes it an easy home away from home. Walkable to Acme and restaurants if you like to get steps in. :)

Just returned from 2 solid weeks at this rental. The unit is well furnished, clean, well equipped, and everything works. The location is 1 block from the beach, only a few miles from Bay Village. There is plenty of parking for visitors (a big plus for a duplex). The unit owner contacted us about an issue with the grill and promptly took care of the problem. If there's any problems, you have a very responsive owner to help you. Highly recommend this unit, we hope to return again!
