“Del Bologna Apartment” is a two room apartment on the second floor on the back of the Villa. It includes one bedroom with a double bed or two twin beds on a sleeping loft, living room with fold out sofa bed, breakfast nook and a completely equipped kitchenette (electric stove, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, moka, kettle, toaster). Independent gas heating, TV, Wi-Fi internet, in-house self-service laundry room with 2 washers, 2 dryers and iron.

The apartment is decorated with ecological and traditional materials such as terra-cotta, wood, marble and warm colored honey bees' wax and limestone plasters combined with family furniture, offering a charming atmosphere and maintaining the building's original antique character.
