Very bright 80 m² accommodation, with panoramic views of the sea and the city.
It has an elevator, high-speed fiber internet access (wifi), air conditioning throughout the accommodation, heat pump heating, seasonal community+children's pool (06/01 to 09/30), communal heated pool. season (01/01 to 05/31 and from 10/1 to 12/31), at least one of the pools is open all year round, children's area, tennis court, paddle tennis court, garden, private parking space in the same building, 1 television (Smart TV), iron.
The independent ceramic hob kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
- The delivery of keys and check-in takes place in our office located on Avenida del Mediterráneo 62, lower Torre Principado, commercial name BenidormBooking, right in front of the Casino.
- A deposit of €200 is retained on a credit/debit card as a deposit or cash, failing that.
- Check-in from 4:30 p.m. (high season from 6:00 p.m.)
- Check out before 11:00 a.m.

Lovely views, swimming pool, shower quite powerfull
The bed needs replacing, and there’s only basic cooking utentials, there’s not enough sockets in kitchen than you can use , so everything is cramped in one small corner ,

Wasn’t breakfast but across the road there’s a full English for £7. The pool was nice clean and quiet. Couldn’t hear any of the music when in the apartment. Perfect really

Las vistas increíbles, la urbanización muy bien cuidada y limpia, y la piscina una pasada
Que no tuviera cortinas o persianas la cocina y galería, ya que al salón entraba mucha luz por la mañana, y la cama y sofá cama no eran muy cómodos
