The shutters weren’t working , it was reported . However not til next day and there was a sign on the aircon asking not to use it !! Place advertised a hairdryer but there isn’t one !!

The fact that we never got told that the pool was closed for the winter , it really spoilt our holiday

The beds & pillows very hard, The settee was different than pics it was an old 2 seater with a throw over it and very uncomfortable. Sign above the heating/air conditioning saying do not turn on, even though apartment described heating in place. There was a terrible draft coming in gaps in the Doors to Balcony sounded like a Hurricane when windy being on the 27th Floor, The place needed a good clean. No TV channels in English
