Beutifull views from the nature surrounded porch.Very good floor plan .Good location from the parking and good walking distance location to all the área amenities. Its a very quiet development.Palmas del Mar is a complete develoment.There a more than 3000 acres.We have schools , bank,restaurants,beach,yacht club,golf courses,hotels,tennis complex,walking trail,forest,bycicle trails,fishing,lakes,etc.When you stay here,its more than just a room,its a house with outside space for activities.

The unit was good. Clean, pest-free, AC worked great, kitchen well-equipped. Host responded to our inquiries. Getting in was easy, albeit with a little bit of confusion on the GPS directions. We never got to explore the actual resort itself. Never visited the pool, or the gym, so we cannot comment on these things. Because of the nature of our trip, we weren't actually in the unit all that much aside from a bit of work and sleep.Palmas del Mar itself is pretty but - frankly - a little boring and sterile. The restaurants are OK and very expensive. You're better off venturing into Humacao or the surrounding towns. The one "store" is off-the-charts expensive so get your stuff in town, not in Palmas del Mar.Our main complaint about the unit would be the master bathroom shower, which was missing a door and had a shower curtain that attacked you while trying to shower. Seriously - just fix the door and lose the shower curtain. We did all our showers in the 2nd bath because the master bath shower completely sucked. I'd make it 4.5 stars if I could but - in my opinion - to get 5 stars everything should be perfect, and this part wasn't.It was good value for the money. The parking situation was easy and the area very nice. Our communications with the host were fine.

Family had a great time at the apartment. The area is lovely. Excellent communication with owner. We would definitely stay again. I highly recommend!

The property was supposed to include a double futon which was listed but guess what no double futon. The double sofa might fit 2 littĺe kids but only one teen. So to make a long story short the host reached out to me after I got in touch with VRBO and told me he never had a double futon. So there was 6 of us but one was my Mother in law and she was forced to stay with family
