Breathtaking Ocean front 3-bedroom 3 bath Villa

We had a great stay here! The apartment was beautiful, clean, comfortable. We had everything we needed minus toiletries. But that is no big deal considering there is a supermarket 5 minutes away. The internet was not working for a couple of days and the host was so responsive in contacting the internet company. Thank you! We would definitely come back again! My only suggestion is to have a couple of extra throws/blankets available.

Loved our stay in Palmas Del Mar! Wonderful and safe area. Condo was well equipped and fit our needs of our group of 6. Great communication from the owner. Laundry was a life saver with having 3 kids in the group. Kitchen very well equipped. Could use some updates to knives and cutting boards but otherwise had alot to offer. The 2nd king bedroom needs some updates tho. No air conditioner in that room so was very warm compared to the other rooms. Outlets did not work well in that room either. View from the condo deck is wonderful! The beach was much nicer than we thought it'd be and very safe and swimmable. We cannot wait to come back to Puerto Rico! Highly recommend this condo.

The beautiful villa was exactly as described. Gorgeous ocean views and just a few steps aways from the pool and ocean. We highly recommend.

Apt is very spacious and nicely furnished. Kitchen is well equipped. We did have issues with one toilet ( water would not stay in tank seal needed to be replaced) Owner did send a repairman however did not fix toilet claiming parts not available toilet needs to be replaced after we leave.Also air conditioning did not work well. Temp in apt would cycle from 82 to 76 and kept going back up to 82. Owner sent repairmain however, this was never fixed. Some exhaust vents needed to be removed to allow unit to cool down better. Beware owner wants you to maintain temp at 74 which is warm in this climate due to high humidity. Owner never followed up to see if all was well after air conditioning repairman visit.
