This property was quite comfortable and was in an excellent location. The two bedrooms and two full bathrooms were great for two couples. The kitchen/living area was well-equipped and worked for us.
We would suggest that it would be useful to have operating instructions for the stove and washing machine in English, as well as the Italian guides provided. We would also suggest cleaning the heater filter before guests arrive.
Licia was helpful with restaurant suggestions and pointers about the apartment. We went to several of the eateries she recommended and found the food to be wonderful.
The apartment was a lovely home sweet home for us for 10 days.

This roomy, comfortable apartment is close to everything the tourist wants and needs. It is a short walk from the cathedral, the river and the central piazza…though a long walk from the station. We particularly liked the interesting way the apartment had been converted from a much older building. Licia welcomed us warmly, and provided plenty of useful information about the local area. We’d happily stay there again.
Be prepared, however, for the hot water to take a long time to run warm…though it does eventually!

A very beautiful apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen and a living room. All very tastefully decorated , and a major plus when the outside temperature is 36 degrees, all with A/ C. Check in and communication with the hostess was friendly and efficient. The location is another plus, 2 minutes from the Dom and a few minutes walking and you are in the old city of Verona.
