Wake up to the sound of the waves at Ashley Condominiums in Daytona Beach Shores, an oceanfront building with direct access to the World’s Most Famous Beach. From the 9th floor, your spacious and very private balcony looks out over the sand, the Atlantic Ocean and Sunglow Pier. Walk a few minutes to your left along the beach for dinner and drinks at Crabby Joe’s on the pier, or a few minutes to your right to reach the no-drive section of the beach for quiet, romantic walks. The condo sits right at the end of the drivable beach, with beach access close by if you’d like to drive your car onto the sand. It’s the best of both worlds for a relaxing Daytona Beach Shores vacation.
The living room welcomes you with sweeping ocean views and oversized couches made for afternoon naps, comfortable TV viewing, or extra sleeping space when needed. A brand new 55 inch Smart TV with a basic cable package keeps everyone entertained, while candles and salt lamps throughout the condo create soothing mood lighting in the evenings. The condo is so quiet that you can hear the ocean from inside.
The dining area features a glass table with seating for four, plus extra seating at the kitchen island. The kitchen keeps the ocean in view while you cook, with modern stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space for preparing meals. The washer and dryer are right in the kitchen area for easy access.
The primary suite is the showstopper. It has a king bed, a Smart TV, a sitting area for your morning coffee, and ocean views from wall to ceiling. Lounge in bed and watch the waves roll in. The view is bright and beautiful during the day without direct sun in your eyes, and at night the lights of Sunglow Pier offer a whole new view. A private office area off the bedroom also looks out over the ocean, making it easy to work remotely. The ensuite bathroom has a large, luxurious soaking tub, a shower, and double vanity sinks with plenty of room to get ready, and a large walk-in closet is right next to it.
The guest bedroom overlooks the Intracoastal Waterway and features a queen bed, a twin trundle bed and a 50 inch Smart TV. The guest bathroom has an easily accessible walk-in shower and a single vanity.
Ashley Condominiums offers a heated oceanfront pool with lounge chairs and barbecue grills for your use. The 5th floor has another outdoor lounge area with amazing views of the Intracoastal Waterway. Inside, you’ll find a sauna, a gym and a hot tub.
Ashley Condominiums provides guest parking for up to 2 vehicles per reservation. This means guests can have a maximum of 2 vehicles, or the motorcycle equivalent. This property cannot accommodate trailers or recreational vehicles but we’d be happy to refer you to a nearby parking company upon request.
To ensure you receive the best possible cleaning experience, we do not allow Saturday departures during Spring and Summer school breaks and Bike Week. Simply enter any departure date other than Saturday in those seasons to see a quote and book online instantly.
The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back. Unless you are booking on Airbnb, we will need a copy of your photo ID and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation. For Airbnb guests, the cancellation policy is as shown on Airbnb and we only need a copy of your ID if your stay is 28 nights in length or longer. This condo has a fantastic location right on the beach. We had an excellent view from the balcony. The condominium was well stocked and very comfortable. Will definitely stay there again.

Rating Details:The property manager was very helpful.The vacation rental was spotless.I was very happy with the location.I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.Reviewer Comments: My husband and I stayed at this condo for six weeks. It is a lovely place to stay. The only thing missing from this unit was beach chairs. It would have been nice to have been able to sit at the beach. When the weather is hot, there is not always a chair at the pool. The master bedroom mattress and the dining chairs could have been firmer but that is personal preference. Otherwise the living room furniture is nice and comfortable. The location is perfect between Ponce Inlet and Daytona area. Bars and restaurants within walking distance. Great area to ride bikes.
