Open door and see straight thru to ocean.
Kitchen, dining, living room.
Washer, dryer & half bath also on main floor. Patio!
Upstairs enjoy master with patio + guest bedroom with a full bath between the 2 bedrooms.
Guest room is queen bed + bunk beds--twin over full.
All beds memory foam with plenty pillows.
Patios on each floor have outdoor seating.
Kitchen. Renovated. Cooking gear. Make a seafood boil!
Living room. Comfy leather furniture. Ends of couch and loveseat recline—to flat position if you like.
Additional recliner does too.
Many guests like sleeping in upstairs while others gather for breakfast. Watch sunrise from bed and go back to sleep.
Master has blackout curtains.
One outdoor parking space. One vehicle only.
Small, quiet, older complex with view of the natural dune grass and perfect beach.
No pool. Gas grill available.

We stayed an entire week at this condo. The moment i walked in i never wanted to leave. The place is like home but with the Atlantic Ocean in your back yard. The owner is amazing and the kindest person I've met. She went above and beyond to make your stay perfect. Was available to answer questions, give recommendations and went above and beyond to make your stay perfect. It was me and my 15 year old granddaughter and we both fell in love with the place. Im counting the days that i can come back to stay at this condo and see Kathy. We both feel in love with kathy as much as the condo.
Thank you so much Kathy for everything.❤️ Can't wait to come see you and stay at your beautiful piece of paradise.

I stayed here with my daughter and my niece and nephew. Perfect location. Very convenient - 3 mins from room to toes in the water. Kathy was super helpful and accommodating.
