This is an amazing, remodeled ocean view condo on the coast of Daytona Beach Shores. This luxurious Victorian/modern remodeled unit is designed by interior designer Shabnam Fard and woodcraft master Mohsen Babaei. The 50-pound light fixture suspended in the middle of modern kitchen is inspired by the mother nature of blue water and clean air is made of the most pure and beautiful Red Oak. Condo includes massive living room/ master bedroom both facing a grand Balcony overlooking Atlantic Ocean.
This Condo features:
• The living room has two big comfortable couches, numerous sitting areas, with a formal Dinning set. Relax and read on a plush sofa or leather chairs as you watch ships and beachgoers below and pelicans flying right by outside.
• The expansive balcony that allows you to relax, hearing the crashing waves and watching the sun rise every morning.
• The Master bedroom with a Queen-sized bed, hug walking closet, a beautiful work/Make up space with a full bathroom shower and Roman Tub
• Second bedroom has two twin beds and a big futon to accommodate three people.
• All Rooms are equipped with Flat Screen Smart TV for your entertainment. You can connect to limitless possibilities with high-speed wireless internet, watch a sporting event or listen to music on the 65-inch smart TV, cable TV, On Demand and a Blu-Ray/DVD player, while the rest of family enjoying their favorite TV shows in the other room.
• The full kitchen is equipped with everything needed to cook a meal after a long day at the beach and/or the pool. The cozy dining table and the kitchen counter with stool chairs provide ample room for a meal.

Nick was our host for this 2 week vacation. We could not of asked for a better experience. Punctual, helpful, kind, and very accomodating. He went above and beyond to assure we were happy and comfortable with our accomodations. The condo was very spacious with breathtaking views of the ocean. The Ashley was clean with friendly staff and tenants. All of the amenities were clean and inviting. The 20th floor lounge space was life changing. Our children and my wife were able to see all of Daytona Shores and more with the most breaktaking views on the beach. Our entire stay we felt safe and cared for. The beds in our condo were very comfrotable. Ice cold AC to relax in after a long day in the sun. All appliances were new and clean. Dishes, kitchen utensils, and supplies were just the right touch to let us enjoy our own home cooked meals. Shiny marble style floors with beautiful decor througout the condo. The balcony has seating for all of us in rocking chairs to soak in the views. Higjly recommend! Nick is the best host and the Ashley was amazing to stay at. We will return.
