About this apartment rental
This apartment offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a balcony. Large, luminous and comfortable, it has a modern decoration and an excellent localization next to the Guadalupe Cathedral and just in front of Güemes Square, one of the most pleasant squares in Palermo.
While entering, you will arrive in the living / dining room which offers a large couch, a SMART TV with cable and a table and four chairs. The room is luminous because it has a large picture window looking out onto the balcony with view on the square & the cathedral.
Other features of the apartment, it has Internet Wifi, SMART TV with cable, washing machine / dryer, ceiling fan in the kitchen and telephone line (prepaid card). It also has air-conditioned split cold / heat in each bedroom and in the living room.
The building has a concierge during the day & a security guard at night.
At minutes walking from the building, you will find many commodities: supermarket, cafés, restaurants, gym, bank…
Ideally located, near to subway line D and Santa Fe Avenue, you will find a large array of restaurants, bars, cafés & boutiques in the area, in particular along the Boulevard Charcas and around Güemes Square. You will be close to the hippodrome of Palermo, Palermo Park & zoo, the mall “Palermo Alto” and many other places which will make of your stay an unforgettable one.
I am flexible for the check in / out which can be between 9 Am and 8 Pm (if there is no other check in / out the same day). Outside this timeslot, on Sundays and Bank holiday, I ask for an additionnal of USD 20.
During the night between 11 Pm and 8 Am, I ask for USD 40 additional.
