When confirming your reservation, a copy of the guests' passport will be requested to present at the building's security office. It is not accepted to enter people without the proper authorization of the owner.
Upon arrival at the apartment, you must deposit a guarantee of 300 dollars, which will be refunded on the day of departure, if everything is in order, without damage or missing
All guests must match the original reservation, or the guarantee will be taken as a penalty. The holder who makes the reservation cannot communicate that the companion will enter before him, if the holder is not present, he does not enter.
