Beautiful, renovated loft condo of 1200 sq ft in an antique, classic, French-style building in the heart of Palermo Soho. We actually live here too for part of the year, so we have tried to make it as comfortable for our guests too. This is not your "bare-bones" rental.... You will feel at home here.
Our huge loft features 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, each with tubs, and a private office. With a floor-to-ceiling window in the living room, the condo is filled with light overlooking an interior courtyard. Fully furnished with two, Smart TVs, and one Chromecast TV; WIFI, hair dryer, curling iron, coffee maker, imported top-quality linens...all the amenities you need. Most of our furniture and artwork is custom made - perfectly tailored for our loft.
This location is close to the subway, which is the fastest and easiest way to get around. We chose to be in this area because it is always alive during the day and night. There are grocery stores and local shops just one block and upscale boutiques and trendy restaurants on the next block. It is great to have options with your budget within our location. After staying in other areas of Palermo and Recoleta, we feel so lucky to be living EXACTLY where we are. What they say in real estate is true...LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!
We can walk to the Botanical Garden, Renovated Zoo Gardens, Artisians fairs at Plaza Serrano and Plaza Cortizar on weekends, Convention Center, Japanese Gardens, Rose Garden, paddle boats, rollar blading, jogging, Planetarium, Starbucks, bus and subway. Around the corner is a national grocery store and a gym. There are also health food stores, farm fresh produce and vegetable shops, home made gelato shops, and local parillas surrounding our home.
Our condo is located in the back of the building so even though you are in the middle of it all, the street noise is not an issue! Our block is residential so you are not on top of a bar or restaurant.
Palermo Soho is the most hip, yet laid back area of the city. When you walk out the door, you have every established and up and coming designer shop in town.The stores are incredible in design and the buildings range from very contemporary to old world style. There are cobblestone streets everywhere. Some streets are extremely scenic with large trees and a 'European' feel.
If you wish to travel around the city, the Subway is four blocks and costs about .30 cents are trip. Bus stops are close by. Cabs and Uber are abundant.
Our loft is located in an original, antique, French building which is OVER 100 years old. It is located on the 2nd floor (ARG/EU) 3rd floor (USA) and there is NO elevator in the building. Please be aware there are stairs and if you have mobility issues, this is NOT the right fit for you. We provide soap and paper upon arrival. It is the tenants responsibility for the remainder of the rental period.
Rate is for 2 guests - additional guest is $20.00 per day.
Maximum occupancy is 4 guests
If early check in or late checkout is required please consult before booking. We will ask you when you put in your booking request to confirm your arrival time, and we can no accept your booking without confirming this. We are not able to hold luggage since this is an individual apartment and not a hotel. You will personally greeted by our property manager.

We stayed 3 nights. The apartment is as pictured. It is easy walking distance to the heart of Palermo Soho. We did not cook though the kitchen appears to be more than adequate in that regard. A/C worked well. The apartment is located in the interior of a building which makes it very quiet (perfect for us). The building is of some age, which means no elevator and multiple flights of steps to reach, but we were expecting that. Overall a nice place to stay and good value for the amount of space the apartment provides.

We had a wonderful stay in the Palermo Soho-Loft. The hosts, Ruben & Jamais, were welcoming and accommodating. They could not have been more hospitable. The 2-story loft was large, very clean and comfortable. The location was convenient to entertainment, transportation, parks, shopping and more. They checked in after 24 hours to ensure that we had everything we needed, and again at the close of our trip.The location has a well-equipped kitchen (although we ate out for every meal). The living area and bedrooms included individual A/C units and televisions. Wi-fi was great. The living area was spacious. Bedrooms were very nice and the bathrooms were well-equipped (towels, soaps, toiletries, etc.). And QUIET. With a second floor location and back of the building, we did not hear neighbors or any other outside activities.Jamais has created a welcome book providing restaurant recommendations, locations for grocery, cash exchange, excursions, and everything else that you could need.Our stay was 5-stars!

Unlike other rentals when you never meet the hosts, here we were greeted by lovely humans who showed us around and provided useful tips about the area and the city at large. The apartment is beautiful. It is old and classy, and you need to muscles to climb the two floors.

Truly a great location!Very spacious and comfortableCouple things we would recommend:We stayed for 10 nights and another bath towel and facecloth would have been appreciated (so two each per person) We needed to request themOne roll of toilet paper for each bathroom - we had to buy more so an additional roll would have been niceWe bought water as we got conflicting information about drinking the waterFor the check out we found ourselves locked in at the entrance and were fortunate that Fernando was home as we had to buzz him to let us outOtherwise a very comfortable stay!
