Very good location, has everything you need for a short stay

The hot water only lasts 15minutes, there’s no decoration in the apartment so it feels like a hospital room.

Noise from street. No people on main desk, all is automated and a bot answer any questions and when is unable to solve it moves the request to a human. It's cumbersome and only works from 9 to 17 any human help, after that good luck with your problem. Needed to request the invoice 5 times to get it. Tried to cancel an extra day that paid and wasn't possible according to host, that at 15hs of day earlier....any other place will refund your money.

My husband and I discovered this gem on booking.com, and it completely exceeded our expectations. The location is unbeatable – nestled in Palermo, we found ourselves close to everything we needed. From a fantastic coffee shop downstairs to a mall within a 10-minute walk, this place is surrounded by convenience. The proximity to top-notch bars, restaurants, and clubs, just a short Uber ride away, added to the appeal, and we always felt safe, even during late-night outings. The staff was exceptional – friendly, attentive, and consistently helpful. They went above and beyond, promptly responding to text messages even when the reception was unmanned. We experienced two different apartments, both impeccably clean and comfortable. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and will undoubtedly choose it for future stays. While there's no in-apartment laundry, a Laundromat next door solves that. The only minor suggestion would be an iron, but that's a negligible detail.

An Iron would be nice but definitely not a deal breaker

The location was good and the bed comfortable.

The checking in and paying was a pain, we ended up in the lobby trying to get our card unfrozen because the apartments payment system with a separate deposit and invoice ended up blocking the card. Felt there was no personal contact, and that all problems were ours and if you didn't sort them, tough luck. No reception service and all remote. Apartment was bland and most unwelcoming.
