This sunny bright 1 bedroom apartment is perfectly located right in the heart of the old historical town of Villefranche-sur-mer. Located on Rue du Poilu where it crosses Rue de l'église. It's only a few metres from the sea front and has everything you need right outside. The train station, bus stop and beach are only a 5 minute walk. Nice 5 minutes by train, Monte Carlo less than 20 and Antibes half an hour, making this apartment a great base for visiting this beautiful area.
The apartment itself is on the 3rd floor of an old original style building dating back to 1610. There are 40 steps up to the apartment It is very bright, clean and comfortable and perfect for 2 guests.. There is an entrance hall with shower room, living room with American kitchen and 1 double bedroom. The apartment overlooks the Rue Obscure which is classified as an historical national monument. There is air conditioning which is essential in this area during the summer months.

This quaint and beautiful place was just perfect!Best location for Villefranche Sur Mer!Close to beach, shops, grocery (right next door), and restaurants near the Plage.Una was so kind, wonderful and accommodating. Place was clean and had everything you need for comfort.Happy to have a washer to do a small load of laundry:)Thank you so much, I will be back !!

Very nice place to stay,Dermot went out of his way to give us a helping hand when we experienced an unexpected event,many Thanks to him.Very cool seaside town,with a lot of charm and character,nice restaurants .Good beach with warm Mediterranean water in late April.Easy walk to Cap Fermat also.
Would stay here again if visiting Ville de Franche

Excellent location with lots of shops and restaurants nearby, but you must be able to manage stairs to stay here. Good communication and very comfortable place to stay. Air conditioning was very nice to have.
