About this villa rental
The Villa Valdarno Chianti situated on a hill, so you a wonderful view to the Arno valley - Valdarno - enjoy. The villa is located just 800 meters outside the small town Del Lago, which has all the shopping for daily needs, especially a family tradition Butcher.
A unique feature is the size of the pool is surrounded by a part of the olive grove. In the basin of 20 meters length of sporting Chianti friend can comfortably swim lengths. The pool is open from mid-May to mid-September. The estate has nearly two hectares of land, of which approximately half is fenced wild repellent. The second part is a typical Tuscan olive grove next to the house.
Although the location is very quiet, there is a comfortably motorable, small paved access road to the house. A private parking is available.
The 450 year old property has been recently modernized from the ground up. Hot water is generated by an ultra-modern solar system. The kitchen is a central place is generous and has gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and modern electrical appliances. Eating together can be at almost five meters long table or on the terrace with evening sun.

An indescribable property with a stunning view! Spacious villa combines the Tuscany past with modern efficiency. Home is exceedingly well equipped and maintained - the grounds, including the salt water pool, are breath taking. A first rate experience we heartily recommend !

This property far exceeded our expectations. The view of the valley was breath taking, the house itself roomy and the large kitchen was well stocked and provided us everything we needed to spend time together cooking and enjoying the whole Tuscany experience. We used the outdoor pizza oven which was a real plus. We also took advantage of having the property caretaker and neighbor give us a cooking class at the house which was fantastic. She and her husband took us the all the local " best" producers for cheese, meat and wine which was an experience we would never have had without their local contacts. They were lovely, generous people and the meal that resulted the next day fantastic and fun. Our group consisted of 6 adults and everyone was beyond satisfied. Day trips to both Siena, Chianti and Florence were easy to manage. All in all the best part of out 3 week trip. You do need a car but that was expected. Highly recommend this property.
