About this apartment rental
The Romana Playa Urbanization has a unique enclave since it is located directly on the best beach in Marbella and a few meters walk from the famous Nikki Beach.
From the apartment you go out to the beach through the common areas and gardens of the complex. If one prefers to stay within the Urbanization, they will enjoy beautiful swimming pools and very good landscaping.
The apartment is located on a ground floor above elevated overlooking gardens and a very quiet street. It has been completely renovated in June 2018, adapting it to modern life with a high standard of qualities.
It is a study of 40 m2 covered plus 20 m2 of terrace where you can enjoy all the Marbella sun. The apartment is very bright since it has two large windows with access to the terrace.
The kitchen sector was modified incorporating a granite bar to be able to eat in it with adaptable chairs in height. It has a fridge, multiple oven (microwave and conventional); washing machine, dishwasher and small appliances (Nespresso machine, electric kettle, toaster).
In the living area, a 40 "4K UHD smart TV, Blue Ray player and high-speed Internet connection have been installed.
The all new bathroom has a shower tray with tempered glass partition.

While you are there, you enjoy being surrounded by lush vegetation and the best beaches, but also all the services you need for an incredible vacation. The area has supermarkets, pharmacy, numerous shops, bars and the best food places
The bus stop between Malaga and Marbella is within walking distance. You might even consider walking to Marbella (10 km) if you feel like taking a nice walk on the beach. The sun, light, sand and water ensure a total renewal of energy.
