De ligging vlak aan de zee. De twee zwembaden bij de zee waren aangenaam.
De gebouwen waren niet onderhouden. Gangen werden tijdens de 2 weken verblijf niet gepoetst. Een inbreker stond de eerste nacht in de slaapkamer - de sluiting van de schuifraam was defect. Via de terrassen is inklimmen eenvoudig. Wij zouden een waarschuwing hiervoor willen adviseren.
