We provide a starter kit of amenities to include liquid dish soap, powder dishwashing packet, kitchen sponge, trash liners, paper towel roll, coffee, condiment packets, travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. We do not replenish amenities after the starter set is depleted. 4 sets of towels are provided in each bathroom. Blankets are available in each bedroom closet. Please note we do not provide beach towels. Beach towels may be purchased at the Ku'ai Market located on the lobby level. Housekeeping cleaning is available for a fee.
BUILDING AMENITIES
There are 2 pools, a swimming pool on the lobby level and a lounge pool on the 2nd floor. Self-service card operated laundry facilities are available on each floor. The property has 24/7 Security. Valet parking is available for $45/day *rates subject to change

Owners unfortunately have no control over the outside work and noise. The work hours are Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 4:30 PM, no weekends or holidays. We feel most guests will feel little to no impact on construction as many travelers are out exploring the island, enjoying the beaches, shopping or partaking in other activities on Oahu during these hours. We ended up changing our room to the 1919 apartment inside the Ilikai Hotel, mainly because we wanted a King size bed. Very happy with our stay at that apartment. The apartment had literally everything you need, except for extra garbage bags for the kitchen, couldn't find any, but we improvised with other bags. Loved the toilet seat, fully automatic and even heats up your but cheeks while seating on it. The shower was awesome as well, very modern bathroom in general. The bed was super comfy and so was the couch. The views were really cool, where you get to see the city and the mountainous region. Nice big balcony and there were extras inside that huge container, where you will find some balloons, you can use at the beach or lagoon as we did. You have to use your own Netflix account if you have one so bring your info to Login and just sign-out before you leave. The location is pretty good. Not as many restaurant options as you would get closer to Waikiki Beach but there are good options still and only a 15-minute walk to Waikiki. Overall, very happy with staying here.
