Amazing views, perfect location! This rare and sought after condo is located on the desirable lagoon side of the Ilikai Hotel on the 18th floor. There is a sliding divider between the living area & bedroom for added privacy. You'll love waking up and enjoying your morning coffee while looking out at the Pacific Ocean and Duke Kahanmoku Lagoon. To end the week, relax on your lanai and enjoy the beautiful fireworks off the lagoon every Friday.
*This condo is a minimum 30-night requirement
***Construction Notice: This unit is part of Phase 4 of the exterior spall repair and painting project, scheduled from late September - December 2026. During this time, the lanai will be locked for your safety and will not be accessible and lanai furniture will be kept inside the condo. We kindly ask that guests do not attempt to use the lanai at any time. Guests may experience construction noise during work hours, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Please note that the schedule is subject to change. We recommend contacting us prior to arrival for the most current project updates. The overall building project is anticipated to be completed in April 2027.

Your stay includes cable TV, high-speed Internet and password protected WiFi. We provide a starter kit of essentials, which includes liquid dish soap, a dishwashing packet, a kitchen sponge, trash liners, a roll of paper towels, coffee, condiment packets, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. Please note we do not replenish these items once the starter set is depleted. Each bathroom is equipped with 4 sets of towels, and blankets can be found in each bedroom closet. We're delighted to provide beach towels for your stay. Please ensure they are returned to the room at check-out. If they are not, a $10 fee per towel may be applied to your account. Housekeeping services are available for an additional fee.
BUILDING AMENITIES
The property features two inviting pools: a spacious swimming pool on the lobby level and a serene lounge pool on the second floor. For added convenience, self-service, card-operated laundry facilities are available on each floor. Enjoy peace of mind with 24/7 security and take advantage of valet parking for $45 per day (rates subject to change). Gym access is available through the hotel - daily, weekly and monthly rates are available. Please inquire with the hotel's front desk for more information.

When you book directly with us, you can rest assured knowing we offer only legal vacation rentals in Waikiki and the surrounding areas. Our condos are individually owned. While we strive to provide a peaceful stay, occasional construction or maintenance may occur and are outside the owner's control. Work is typically scheduled Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 4:30 PM, with no work on weekends or holidays. Most guests experience minimal disruption, as many spend their days exploring Oahu. Came for 6 weeks for a medical school rotation. For the location, the price was great! This might be due to COVID, but it was pretty dusty and felt like it had been sitting for a while when we arrived. Apartment definitely needs updating, but the location, hotel, activities in the area were definitely worth it. Would absolutely stay again. Only gave 4 stars due to outdated apartment and feeling musty on arrival. Otherwise 5 stars.

The property is as mentioned. A great view of the ocean. Basically, one room plus a bathroom. A King bed and a fold-out couch, so it would be cramped with 4 people. The property is in the center of everything with easy access to the pool, beach, restaurants and shopping.
