About this villa rental

New,8 person, luxurious summer house just 300m from the sea. It is inside a beautiful estate with lots of trees and green and has private garden with barbeque and parking.
Fully equipped with all devices and appliances necessary. Linen and towels also provided.
Everything you need is within reach! Beach, supermarket, grocery store, bakery, tavern, bar, all from 30 to 500m distance. This is a quiet, family-oriented area, but for the more "lively" you can drive to nearby bars, discos, beach bars.
Ideal location for exploring all Halkidiki and doing many day-trips and activities. (We'd be happy to recommend some or help you with organising them).

The host Yannis and his family were very friendly and the house very clean and perfectly equipped. Beach and shopping facilities are within walking distance. We felt very comfortable, and can highly recommend the cottage.Around the house there are more trees and nice plants as showed on the Fotos, which give good shadow on hot summer days.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and Yannis was a friendly host who replied fast and gave us a nice welcome with some advice about the area. The location was perfect to explore Chalkidiki. We liked swimming at the nearby beach which was almost empty during our stay.

The house is very good. Quite convenient for 6-8 persons. The garden is also great. There are bakeries, supermarket, few taverns nearby. The beach is around 300-400m far away but it is unorganised. The other one with the beach bar is around 5 min by car. What was a kind of an issue is the water pressure in the house. We understood that Ioannis is thinking of installing additional trunk. Otherwise Ioannis was very polite and hospitable He brought was very delicious peaches and figs and also farewell gift. Thank you. We spent very good time.

Quiet place, ideal for family. In inner block is lot of trees and flowers. Great availability of stores about 2 minutes by walk. Owner very friendly and helpful. Apartment was sufficiently equipped and spacious. One room is without air condition.

We stayed 2 weeks at the house, had a wonderful time there and felt very welcomed with Jannis as a host. He was always there to help, it was very easy to communicate with him but at the same time we had our privacy. The house was clean, the kitchen provided everything that we needed and the terrace was big enough for our daily barbecues in the evening. We would definitely recommend it!

We had a one-week-stay at this clean and modern hollyday-home. The rooms are lovely decoratet. The equipment in the kitchen is complete. There are three bathrooms each with toilet and shower. We are two families and we really enjoyed our stay in this house. Only a 10-minute walk to the beach. The host is very friendly and we got helpful advices from him. Thank you.

Yannis is a really excelent host. His family also. When we arrived he welcomed us and explained all about home. He gave us recommendations about restaurants, markets, beaches and other nice places. Kalives is a quite village with a few beaches, perfect place for a right holiday. The house has all necesery amenties and much more. The house is exactly like in the ad, it is very nice and very clean place. It was a real pleasure to stay in Yannis house. I would highly recommend the house and Yannis as a host.
