The house is newly built, June 2016, it is surrounded by greenery and surrounded by Mediterranean scrub; Our 3 apartments, totally independent, "Nino" "Marta" and "Rino", part of Villa Rosaria each have their own entrance and private parking, they have 4 beds each, while only the Nino Apartment is in Open Style Space, there are no rooms! there is a double bed, and is located on the first floor of the villa with a terrace overlooking the sea, all the beds in the apartments have orthopedic nets and mattresses, in addition, in each apartment there is a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower cabin and a veranda which offers a pleasant and relaxing panorama over the sea of Scopello.
The verandas and the external terraces have been arranged with a view of the wonderful sea of Scopello, furnished with deckchairs, and outdoor tables, from which one can admire, on full moon evenings, the suggestive spectacle of the lamps that reflect on the sea.
Outside the Villa in a small corner there is a laundry room with a large sink and a washing machine.
