Family friendly 2 bedroom Cape Cod cottage located on Mashnee Island at the mouth of the Cape Canal. 10 minutes from the Bourne Bridge (5 miles) to the house. Water views abound. Close walking distance to multiple beaches. Boat launch within minutes of house. Enjoy a fabulous bike ride along the Cape Cod Canal. Cable TV, wireless internet, outdoor shower, local supermarket and great access to all the best that Cape Cod has to offer.

A mile long causeway to a friendly beach community. Easy access, cottage had all the necessities, with water view from back porch. Lovely week

This place is great just about a minute walk to the beach. Property is nicely landscaped. Large back deck with a view of Phinneys harbor and the canal RR bridge. It’s a great place to spend a week.
