Apartment: This is a self contained 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom, 1 communal dinning area apartment over the ground floor garage of the main house with an exterior staircase entrance. The apartment has an open common space with the cozy bedrooms overlooking the forest view standing in a property spanning several acres. The kitchen diner is equipped with plates/cutlery, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, sink, Keurig Coffee maker and hot plate cooker. Additionally, it has AC, smart TV, wifi, and allocated parking for up to 2 cars.
Activities: The location is a 5 min walk from the Kingman’s Yacht Marina and within easy reach of the many local beaches (Old Silver Beach, Monument Beach, Magansett Beach etc). The apartment is a 2 min walk to Red Brook Pond where you can fish and kayak. Additionally to the forest trails near the pond, there are other biking/walking routes within a 5 min drive to both the parkings of the Cape Cod Canal Bike Path and the Shining Sea Bikeway (North Falmouth biking path). There is a mini golf course near Lazy Sundaes ice cream and the Morning Brew Cafe.
For food: the apartment is within walking distance from the Chartroom (ocean view), a short drive to the Lobster Trap and the Courtyard. Additionally, this location is a 15 min drive to everything Falmouth can offer.
Overall, this location is both suitable for calm family stays as well as for active individuals seeking the perfect nature retreat.

Good easy stay. Only concern was for extra security while inside - a second deadbolt would help for peace of mind. Lovely property and really liked the quietness. Thanks very much.

Property was modern and clean. Great shower in the one bathroom. The master bedroom had lots of room, but the bed is only a double on a large bed frame that looks like it could hold a king size mattress. It was musty smelling when we walked in and about 10 dead bugs on the floor. There was a vacuum, so we cleaned them up and didn't see any other bugs in the place while we were there. There is a bright light inside the doorway when you first walk in and I think it attracts the bugs when the door is opened. The musty odor cleared up after we had to door open to air it our for a little while. Only 4 towels and washcloths were provided for 4 people for 4 nights. Take extra towels along. You will also need dish towels and hand towels for the bathroom. Only 1 dish rag is provided. No extra trash bags or paper towels, so bring them along as well. Batteries were dead in the living room tv remote and no extras are on hand. The light bulb in the kitchen fan and bedroom fan were blown out. We had to turn on all the bathroom lights to light up the kitchen enough at night. The grass and weeds needed a cutting. The entrance area had weeds 3 foot tall.
