Property has outdoor showers , outdoor furniture, tables and loungers. Court have designated BBQ areas that have gas grills for family cooking and and outdoor dining.
One Short Blocks to Beach & Boardwalk
This professionally designed, single family Screen Door Cottage has a large outdoor porch, non smoking, Each of the two bedrooms have a Queen bed. Cottage has an open floor plan with a living room with large smart TV, full kitchen including small appliances, full size refrigerator, dishwasher & microwave. All cookware & dinnerware provided. Full bathroom with stand up shower. Bedrooms and Living Room have smart TVs. . This property has a coin operate laundry just steps from the Suite. Cottage is equipped with central air conditioning and a large from porch with private table and chairs. Parking for two cars provided. This property is located at our Lazy River by the Sea location and their are two other rental homes at this location that share the courtyard and in ground pool.
NOTE: Cottage is on the smaller side and approximately 600 square feet but it is quaint and very comfortable. Has been a favorite among our Lazy River Rentals guests.

* Although Linens ,Towels & Beach Tags are not included in our discounted Weekly Rentals we now offer Bed, Bath & Beach Bundles that includes use of 2 free adult beach tags ($210 value) for just $ 195.00 additional. This includes everything you need at our discounted weekly rate.
* One pet under 30 lbs permitted with $ 150 Pet Disinfection Fee . Weight and Breed must be approved in advance.
* Off season short term rentals limited to Guests with temporary employment contracts or for home improvements and can show proof of ownership. Pets approved based upon breed & week subject at a $ 150.00 per month Pet Fee

only for guests needing temporary housing for employment contracts or home improvements repairs. Guests must provide a copy of employment contract or verification of home ownership. Zoning for our properties prohibits rentals for temporary change of residency using home as a primary residence.
Disclosure; Sept 1 - May 15. - Off Season Short Term Rentals do not allow pets and occupancy is limited to no more than 1 guest per bedroom. 2 BR suites have a maximum occupancy 4 guests from 3 BR permits 6 guests, 4 BR permits up to 8 guests. OCCUPANCY & AGE RESTRICTIONS
As per Seaside Heights Ordinance #179 & 55-3. Between April 15 and June 30, occupancy limited to no more than two adults per bedroom plus two children 12 or younger. Minimum age for rentals must be 21 years or older and must be residing in the rental during the rental period. Reserving Guest will agree to provide names, addresses and ages of all guests staying in property. Reserving Guest and Guests under 21 must agree to have a Guardian Consent and a Parent execute a Parent Consent Form issued by the Borough of Seaside Heights. No Exceptions. Reservations during this time period can not have outside guests. Any group rental seeking to check in in which all guests are under 21 years of age or bring attempt additional guests will be denied access and forfeit any monies paid.

This property was absolutely perfect for our little beach vacation. We stayed for a week. I only went to the beach once because I sat by the pool every other day the maintenance guy was so friendly and always willing to help. We were hesitant about sharing the yard with the other houses, however, we lucked out and had three great families. Overall, it was a great vacation.

We had an amazing experience at screen door cottage! It was cozy and just the right size for my family of 3 plus our dog! Great pool right on premises along with everything you need outdoors. We will definitely be booking again!

The cottage was clean spacious free standing home with a large porch. The two bedrooms were adequate with queen beds .The bathroom was very tight with a tiny sink, but large shower.The toilet was very awkward and uncomfortable and did not work properly.3 TV’s helped pass the time because beach was unavailable.the pool is small but useful on hot days.Dogs are allowed on property so be aware of aggressive dogs that are not on a leash .The internet was on most days and with some interruptions from time to time.Could not find electrical panel box,think it’s hidden behind fridge.Overall the place is better than the “surf side hotel “down the street.
