Our kitchen is stocked with plates, cutlery, pots, pans, a coffee maker, a microwave, a toaster, and a blender. The unit is equipped with 2 air conditioning units to ensure your comfort. The living room includes a smart TV. You'll also have access to our laundry room during your stay (no coins needed!).
This home is steps away from both the beach/boardwalk as well as from the main attractions at Casino Pier and the Breakwater Beach waterpark, which makes it a perfect location for families with a small child. Also super close by are restaurants, coffee shops, and clubs/nightlife, so it's an easy walk back for an evening out. There are amusement park rides, a waterpark, arcades, mini golf, go carts, boat and waverunner rentals, and lots more right around the corner. Lots of activities like movie nights on the beach that you will enjoy. An amazing time with your loved ones is yours at our quaint, clean, well-located beach home.
This unit is one of three on this residential lot. If you are a larger group, there are two other units on the on the same property that can be rented in addition to this unit. If you are a really large group/extended family, we own the house next door as well so please inquire! Pricing can vary based on the group renting so please contact us for more information.
IMPORTANT: Seaside Heights has very strict guidelines and regulations. Please contact us prior to booking so that we can understand more about your group that is coming. We must approve each reservation to ensure we are complying with Seaside Height's rules Additionally, the town of Seaside Heights requires that someone 21 years of age be the primary renter, be present for the entirety of the stay, and take responsibility in writing for the group.

The Neighborhood:
Walk out the door and you are steps from the beach and the Seaside Heights boardwalk. Casino Pier — with its full lineup of rides — is right there, as is Breakwater Beach Waterpark. Mini golf, go-karts, arcades, and waverunner rentals are all within easy reach on foot.
When you are ready to eat or grab a coffee, the boardwalk and surrounding streets are lined with restaurants, cafes, and bars. Summer nights often bring movies on the beach, a short walk from your door.
If you are traveling with a larger group, two additional units on the same property are available, and the house next door (also managed by the same host) can accommodate even more guests. Reach out to inquire about booking multiple units together.
Other Things to Note:
• No linens or towels are provided. You must bring your own sheets, pillowcases, and towels.
• Age requirement: You must be 21 or older to book. Per local ordinance, someone 21 or older must be present for the entire stay
• Group policy: Groups without parents or children traveling together must contact the host prior to booking.
• Garbage and recycling: Guests are required to follow the property's garbage and recycling schedule, which will be provided at check-in.

The place was very close to the beach and boardwalk which was great. When we checked in there were only about 30 squares of toilet paper on the roll. Luckily I read that we should bring an extra one. There was quite a bit of sand underneath the couch cushions and there was only one fork in the unit. Other than that the place was great.

Great location! The place was clean and convenient. You have to bring your own linens and towels but I didnt mind because i knew they were clean. Parking was adequate for our one car but we had to coordinate with the guests in the other unit. The window AC in the bedroom was loud and woke me up a few times but it kept the place cold. Barbi was great and was easy to communicate with.One recommendation is for more hooks! In the bathroom for towels and in the front entrance for bags. There weren't any places to hang things.

My stay was fantastic. I had a wonderful time and Barbie was very accommodating. The place was clean and will stay there again!!!! Very close to boardwalk and beach.

It was ok not very clean, I didn’t like the location. It was noisy and the neighborhood is kind of grungy. Maybe I just like a 5 star experience.
