Beach House Hermosa - Sleeps 18 - Great for Family Gatherings or Group Retreats!

Just returning from 13 days at this beautiful Hermosa Beach home. A wonderful location only 30minutes from the airport and close to bars, grocery and restaurants. The manager Frazer was very easy to communicate and helpful with car rentals, excursion and grocery options etc.and the on site staff were lovely people who we had come in to clean up the bathrooms etc daily. They were very available when needed but left us to our privacy most of the time. They also did laundry when asked and replaced pool and bath towels daily. They kept the place inside and out, in great shape. Really can’t beat having your own pool just steps from an amazing beach! We had 8 adults and 8 children with us and there was plenty of room available. They provided some pool toys for the kids as well as three boogie boards which were well used. There are two huge wooden picnic tables to eat at, a new BBq that was cleaned daily and another round table with chairs for 6. Two outdoor but covered sitting areas and lots of room for outdoor living!Nothing but good to say about this amazing place and we certainly hope to be back in paradise some day!

Checking in with Fraser was easy, couldn’t be better. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook and serve. Our family loved the house, all 14 of us were comfortable in the many bedrooms. We were steps from the beach and the warm waters. The pool was fantastic. The caretakers were very helpful, even providing us with a birthday cake and sliced mango. It was a dream vacation and we will definitely return.

Had a wonderful stay. Idalia and Jader, caretakers on the property, went all out to make us comfortable. We will be back!

Our family stayed In Playa Hermosa for 2 weeks from Christmas Eve, and a week past New Year’s. It was ideal in every way: right on the inviting swimming bay, and privately situated adjacent behind old growth trees, and a white picket fence. Another plus was the short walk to two delicious restaurantes! The house was spacious, and tastefully decorated and provided all the modern conveniences (cable tv in all the rooms). It accommodated all 13 of us with ease (even a bunk bed room for our 3 grandsons). The bedrooms had AC, and the beds and fresh linens were very comfortable. Frazier, our always available concierge rented us a golf cart and a small SUV so we could shop and sight see. He arranged food deliveries for us, in advance, so the 2 kitchens were stocked upon our arrival. Extremely helpful. He also set up 2 delicious catered dinners, a trip to the Arenal Volcano the Hot Springs, and the Zoo.Our property managing family was a delight. Osmar cleaned the grounds and handled maintenance, and his wife, Juana, cleaned every day. Beds were made and the kitchens tidied.Their 3 children were delightful. It was such a pleasure to share the beach with the local Costa Rican’s. The air was filled with music and picnicking chatter and laughter,We even had our own resident iguana in the front yard tree.
