About this villa rental
Two-apartment villa with view of Capo Testa and the Santa Reparata Bay, just a couple of kilometers from the town of Santa Teresa and across the Straits of Bonifacio from Corsica (a 40 minute ferry crossing away). The two apartments of the villa share the yard with a jacuzzi / spa, but have independent access. Each has a living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, making the villa capable of comfortably accommodating a total of 8 people and especially suitable to receive families or friends who wish to share a vacation while enjoying some independence. The apartments have a dual air-conditioning / heating system with individual room controls. In order to avoid being surprised by this, please note that the second apartment is below ground level to conform with local rules on building elevation, and its windows open onto large trench openings to the outside.
The closest beach is just a couple of minutes walk down the hill and many other beaches with the same Sardinia emerald-clear water are within a few kilometers and reachable by car. A food market and two restaurants are within walking distance from the house. The nearby town offers ample choice of restaurants, markets and social life, especially during the warm months of the summer.

The house is exactly as described and perfect for a vacation in Sardinia to discover the north of the island with its variety of beautiful beaches and interesting surroundings.
Everything in the house works well (air condition and necessary dehumidifiers in the basement) and the house is well equipped.
At the view from the roof terrace is the cherry on the cake!
If you want to spend a great vacation in Sardinia and you need a house that fits perfect for four adults and 3-4 kids take Sergios' house!

We loved our stay at Sergio's house!
We travel to Santa Teresa every year and finally found the home that we always want to come back.
We're a family of 3 and we brought our brother with his kid and it was perfect for us. Comfortable, private, aircoundition, internernet, jacuzzi, the beds where comfortable.
Tiziana was super helpful with anything we needed.
We're definitely coming next year.

We have been staying in the house with 3 kids. House was perfect and all equipment as described. Local service (Thx to Lorenzo), was very helpful and kind. The owner (Sergi) has served many info upfront and made all arrangements prior to our arrival - perfect!!
A lot of nice locations and beaches around. To see all of this, you will need a car. The village of Santa Reparata is quite and relaxing. Two very good restaurants with nice service are close by as well as a mini market that serves all you need.
More things to be explored but more crowded and full of life is the city of Santa Teresa (few km away).
I can only recommend this location. We will come back for sure.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Villa verbracht. Die Fotos haben nicht zu viel versprochen, was ja oftmals der Fall ist. Die Besitzer haben sich sehr gut um alles gekümmert - im Vorfeld als auch im Nachhinein. Vor Ort hatten wir zwei zuverlässige und sehr nette Ansprechpartner. Daumen hoch!
