Welcome to the peninsula in the heart of Cap-Ferret, nice bright confortable Villa of owner, landaise style with a large secured pool sheltered from looks (5x10m., new liner & heated for 1/2 season). Other photos on request.
Wooded property with a large enclosed garden (1 200 m²), facing south, ideally located in a privileged area among pine trees and very peaceful (Piraillan / Canon), halfway between the Bassin d'Arcachon (600 m .), and ocean beaches (850m.).
Very close to many forest bike paths (access network serving the entire Gironde county), typical Piraillan market ... All commerce & activities accessible by bike or on foot (surf, horse ridding center, ...).
Calm and serenity, this typical Villa of the south-west, bathed in sun and its vast swimming pool invite you to tranquility and rest. Freshly remodeled, refurnished: refined decoration, neat, large sunny covered terrace.

New bedding: 1 bedroom with 160cm bed, 1 bedroom with 160cm bed, 1 bedroom with 140cm bed , 1 bedroom with 2 beds in 90.
Bathroom restyled with basins, shower, bath & WC. Bathroom completely renovated with shower. Separate WC & storeroom
New furniture (2019) including comfortable garden furniture, deckchairs. Barbecue, ping-pong, books (including Asterix collection), various board games.....
Bordeaux @ 45 minutes (same for airport) depending on traffic..., 50 minutes from the Medoc (Estates & Classifieds and their famous vineyards), listed as a Unesco Heritage St-Emilion to approx. 1:20 hour
Linen provided: towels, sheets, duvets, tea towels (except pool and beach towels). In addition to the cleaning provided at the end of your stay, an additional cleaning per week rental is also offered. Verification and monitoring for the pool organized weekly by an independant expert pool-team.
Only for a fortnight mini from mid-July to mid-August. To avoid the maximum flow and very consequent traffic jams, rental suggested in staggered period (Friday to Friday for example, possible adjustment).
