About this house rental
This house is located on a hill with panoramic views, 3.5 kms from the town of Amelia. The property has a large garden with a 12x5 meter pool for private use of the tenant. The pool is completely fenced, so this property is suitable for families with young children. On the southern side of the house there is a large terrace with gazebo, table and benches to eat outdoor and enjoy the panorama. On the northern side there is a porch with table and chairs. The house can accommodate 6 people. It has on the ground floor a spacious living / dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the 1st floor there is a third bedroom with terrace and panoramic views, in the distance you can see the village of Amelia. The house has all tme most common household appliances and Wi-fi internet connection. In the town of Amelia there are all the necessary shops. The supermarket COOP (via 1 maggio nr.31 - Amelia) and Superconti (via Nocicchia nr.32 - Amelia) are open on Saturday until 19:30 and are also open on Sunday morning, the supermarket Eurospin (Via Roma nr.205 - Amelia) is open on Saturday until 20:00. There are different bakers, butchers and fruit/vegetables shops. Open market on Monday morning. Recommended restaurants: La Gabelletta (outside Amelia on the road in direction of Foce), La Locanda del conte Nitto (in the old town of Amelia), Il ristoro del Falco (restaurant/pizzeria).

Big swimming pool, house was well accomodated, big rooms, clean.
Only minor point were the many dogs in the neighbourhood (barking)

We've had a great stay in this villa. Nice views, spacious rooms and a well equipped kitchen. Large pool, wifi and everything we need.
