Villa Le Querce is a private villa on two floors, nestled into a hillside of olive groves, cypresses and oaks with glorious view onto the romantic hills of Umbria. Indeed, privacy and peace, set amongst spectacular landscape, are the plus point of this property. The villa is located in the south of Umbria close to the border with Lazio. Spoleto, Viterbo, Todi, Orvieto, Bolsena Lake, Montefiascone, Civita di Bagnoregio and Narni are less than one hour driving and Roma is easily reachable in 45 minutes by train from Orte which is only 10 km. The village of Penna in Teverina is only 700 metres and it is a great strength. Infact the guests can easily walk into the centre for shops, bars and restaurants without having to get the car out. The villa has been lovingly restored and retain it authentic charm. The furnishing of the spacious rooms are a harmonious blend of antiques and modern classics. This property is ideal for a large party of friends or two families holidayng together. Either way the sheer quality of this house will delight all guests who holiday here. At guests' disposal an exclusive and panoramic pool of 10 x 5 meters (depth 1,4 m) open from 01/06 to 30/09. Extra costs are payable at location: final cleaning 200,00 euro.
