Communication back and forth was not great. Blinds were broken, bedding was ripped, bathroom fan didn't work.

The Condo was in a great location. the property was overall in good condition for a rental property. My only thing, is that they should update the bedding and new mattress cover. I stripped the bed for the cleaning lady and noticed the mattress cover was old and shredded and the blanket was shredding... I hope the owners will see this and make a quick and not costly fix to the rooms.

The management was very helpful and accessible. Each apartment has its own parking spot. The beds were comfortable. The units are not brand new , but comfortable and clean.
