About this house rental
Brand new remodeled kitchen. Charming 4 bedroom cape. Great location! Not your typical rental. We only rent a few weeks a year. Decorated home! A few blocks from Chatham A's ball field, bakery, and park. As well as Main Street and Chatham Bars Inn. House includes: Central A/C, fireplace, large screened porch with plenty of seating, outside patio as well and outside shower. Basement has t.v area and trundle bed. Newly finished basement with one queen bed and A/C in basement as well. Fully equipped kitchen. Two recreational bikes for your use. Lots of extra touches provided! Very clean!

Home was charming and comfortable for our family of 6 and the neighborhood was very peaceful. Had all amenities covered and the location was great for walking to Main St, restaurants and fishing pier. The owner was super responsive and helpful. We got some amazing recommendations for restaurants.

The house is great for a family. It has a great screened in porch that we spent most nights on after the kids went to bed. The location is great close to Main Street the fishing pier and several beaches. The basement was a great unexpected bonus well finished out and good space to play on rain days. Thank you for letting us use your lovely home.

Being our first trip to the Cape we weren't sure what to expect. We LOVED Chatham. Picture perfect with beautiful houses & hydrangea everywhere! This house was adorable, has everything you need. Beautifully decorated, very beachy. Nice screened in porch perfect for early morning & after dinner. House just as described. Master bed & bath a bit small but perfect for a vacation. Owner was super responsive and easy to deal with. Would definitely rent this house again!
