Welcome to our family vacation home in Venice Florida. This is one of our homes away from home and we enjoy sharing it with others. I make booking online easy, fast and secure. Our home is a 3 bedroom beach & pool home recently fully remodeled, located on a quiet street with few neighbors surrounded by palm tree groves. A double car garage and driveway for two or more cars when you have guests. Gunite swimming pool with spectacular LED colored light show for evening ambiance - choose your colors!
The private pool is located a large screened-in deck with perfect patio seating area for all those fun family pool moments! Just like an outdoor living room with lighting and ceiling fans for that island breeze feel! Enter the pool via wide ease of entry steps with handrail. The swimming pool with its lovely blue tile sparkles in the morning sunlight and has a spa seating area! Wonderful for family fun or a romantic moonlight swim for two! The garden is partially fenced on either side but fully fenced to the rear. The pool deck doubles as a bar area with kitchen pass though, bar top and two stools - Cocktails anytime!
Indoors the tiled floors are pleasantly cool under foot, just the way a Mediterranean style home should be. The walls are a very pleasant warm linen cream with classic white trim. Lots of open space, uncluttered with Florida breeze high vaulted ceilings in living area. Blue leather living room comfortable seating to enjoy flat panel Smart television. All your favorite apps including login to Netflix. And yes, the house is WIFI ready! Add a selection of our board games and books for more memorable moments!
The three comfortable bedrooms are in a split floor plan layout which add to your privacy, laid out with classic Florida wicker furniture. The king bedroom overlooks the pool and has sliding door access for those who love private early morning dips. It also has ensuite bathroom as well as walk-in closet. This bedroom has flat screen TV with Roku with all the usual apps. The queen bedroom and double twin bedroom share a bathroom and are situated on the opposite side of the house from the king bedroom. Fresh bed linens are accompanied by a closet full of soft blue towels and a basket of colorful beach towels. There is a large washer and dryer to handle any of your laundry needs during your stay.
The fully appliances kitchen is equipped with everything you could need during your stay, including all your cocktail making items! Large fridge with freezer on the bottom, range, microwave and dishwasher. Plenty of storage space and food preparation surfaces. Bright, airy open plan kitchen for ease of entertaining or just everyday living!
Large fenced in private garden, close to three local beaches. Manasota Key beach 8 minute drive, Caspersen's Beach 15 min and Venice beach 15 mins. These are all really the same beach along the coast with different access point. All have free parking and bathrooms. If you are staying 30 days or more you can purchase a pass to the private South Venice Association sandy beach subject to hurricane closures. Shamrock Park has wonderful bikes paths, tennis courts and other local fantastic places for kayaking. Everything except food included, just bring swimsuit and flipflops! Close to village and restaurants in nice neighborhood! Well maintained by loving owner and very clean! Venice is also known for as the world famous prehistoric shark tooth capital of the world. Using the shark tooth finder on Manasota Key Beach, you can fill your pockets full of various size shark teeth to take back home to share with friends and family. Real artifacts, millions of years old and your personal memory treasure! Also at the house you will find beach chairs, umbrella and cooler to round out you beach pleasure - just bring your own flipflops!
Our home has air conditioning system to keep you cool even on the warmest day, as well as a heating system should you need it during the cooler months! We also have 24 x 7 service contract on the AC and other appliances so you will get fast service should it be needed. We do welcome well behaved pets with $150 pet fee for each pet.

This home was beautiful. The property was perfectly maintained and in a quiet neighborhood. It was immaculately clean and all necessities were available within the home. The beds were comfortable. The host was responsive and kind. We will rent again. Five stars!

Great house in great location! We will definitely be back. Pool is the perfect size, ferry to the private beach was amazing, and the house was clean and had everything we needed.
