Newly built spacious home near Venice and Manasota Beaches! Latest finishes, tile and hardwood floors, 9.5` ceilings and large fenced yard make this an ideal getaway for the whole family! Four bedroom with two full bathrooms and a half bathroom leading to screened lanai.
Master suite features King bed, 70` Smart TV, walk in closet and large en suite bathroom with soaker tub, walk in shower, double vanity and water closet. Door with built in blinds leads to the screened in lanai.
Open concept living encompasses living room, dining area and kitchen to be fully engaged. Completely stocked kitchen includes breakfast nook and reverse osmosis water system for drinking and making meals. Large dining table has ample amount of seating for the whole family!
Split bedrooms off living room include 2 guest bedrooms (King & Queen), office with queen sleeper sofa and desk/chair for those working from home. Jack & Jill bathroom and powder bath leading to lanai.
Living room has 70` smart TV and queen guest room stores games and books for entertainment. Large slider leads to screened in covered lanai where you can enjoy comfortable seating or an outdoor meal!
House has high speed internet, new water purification system throughout, and two car garage with opener.

Beautiful home, very large rooms, very clean. Close to shopping and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this home. Thank you for a very comfortable stay.

The house was clean, well maintained, and equipped with everything we needed, including items for enjoying the beach. The location was convenient and close to local attractions and amenities.During our stay, there were ongoing issues with the plumbing and water system. The water had a salty taste and appeared yellow, and there were also drainage concerns. The tub in the Jack-and-Jill bathroom did not drain properly, which made bathing children challenging.The property management team was communicative throughout our stay; however, the water-related issues were not resolved during our visit.Aside from the water situation, we enjoyed our time at the property.

Host was very welcoming and responsive. Place was very nice and clean. I wouldn’t call this a 4 bedroom home however. The forth room is more of an office, no privacy door and the pull out sofa bed was absolutely atrocious. Cannot sleep on it at all! So old and worn my back is hurting today. So that was bid of a problem. Also the WiFi went out during our stay. No internet or TV for half day or so. Otherwise it’s pretty peaceful, clean and nice home .
