The functional and modern studio is new furnished and located in the municipality Grafschaft, district Holzweiler.
Holzweiler is 9 km away from Ahrweiler, 20 km from Bonn and 18 km from Rhine & Remagen.
The picturesque "red wine hiking trail" (Rotweinwanderweg) - located above the wine village Dernau - in the romantic Ahr valley - is a 30 minutes walk away. The red wine hiking trail is 35 km long and leads from Altenahr to Bad Bodendorf. Whilst walking you will be charmed by the view across the milelong vineyard area with its fruity dark red grapes.
Since 2012 the wonderful area has another 58 long hiking trail, named Ahrsteig, which is also only a few kilometers away from the lodging.
So every day you could discover from another region... the picturesque old town of Ahrweiler, the legandary casino in Bad Neuenahr, make a hike on the red wine hiking trail, the" Ahrsteig" or on the "Rheinsteig" which is 18 km away, visit the racetrack Nürburgring 30 km away or make a shipping trip over the Rhine. And in the evening you could relax in the Panoramasauna in Holzweiler which is just a few meters away from your lodging.
The studio is suitabale for a short break as well as for a long term vacation as it is equipped with the necessary interior: Kitchen with oven, 2-field hob, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, LED-TV with DVD player, stereo system, washing machine in the cellar, bike parking area cellar, own garage.
The studio is ideally suitable for 2 persons. But also there is enough space for a third person, as the studio is equipped with a bed of 1,40 and one daybed with a width of 1,60. Bed linen, towels, dinnerware etc are available in sufficient. And should there anything be missing: Just let us now:-)
