About this apartment rental

We recommend our new apartment "Ziegenpeter" with 77sqm size and two bedrooms for only 10 € more per night to more than two guests! Pets are not allowed there, however ...
Our 39sqm, bright and lovingly furnished apartment on the Kolvenbach goat farm is characterized by its location: through three windows and from the balcony you can see nature and animals.
Cooking enthusiasts will also get their money's worth with the spacious kitchen.
Our farm shop is just around the corner.
Cheese, wine, animal lovers, hikers & cyclists are particularly welcome :-)

The living room / bedroom:
The apartment is located on the "mezzanine floor", d. H. it only has to be overcome a few steps in front of the common entrance of the apartment building to the apartment door.
The double bed is 1.80m wide and has two new mattresses and slatted frames, but is not in a separate bedroom, but is separated from the living room with a sofa bed by a room divider.
The kitchen is spacious and well equipped: fridge, stove, oven, pots and pans of all sizes, bowls, jugs, plates and cutlery as well as cooking utensils, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, microwave ...
In the display cabinet there are glasses for various drinks and also wine, grape juice, flower syrup, sparkling wine, honey, fruit spreads, olive oil etc. at farm shop prices.
The bathroom, on the other hand, is small but nice.
Use of garden, garden sauna and washing machine possible after consultation.
Guests are welcome to visit the farm and visit our animals (goats, Leo dogs, cats & geese).
The environment:
Kolvenbach is a very small village, where more animals (even more cows than goats) live than people. Nevertheless, you are very quickly in the neighboring town of Eicherscheid (1km: Edeka, Mongolian and Croatian restaurant), in Nöthen (2km: French bakery), in Bad Münstereifel (5km: all shops & city outlet), in Nettersheim (12km: nature protection center, even more Hiking trails and nice restaurants) ...
Public transportation:
The "call collection taxi" AST takes passengers from Bad Münstereifel train station directly to Kolvenbach and thus almost to the front door. Bad Münstereifel can be reached on foot in 30 minutes.
