About this apartment rental
Our vacation rental, “Eselstube,” is located in the Northern Eifel, just outside the town center of Nettersheim-Zingsheim, on our lovingly maintained farm surrounded by nature.
The two-room apartment measures 35 square meters and is divided into a living room, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. Thanks to the cozy sleeper sofa in the living room, the Eselstube can accommodate up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 1–2 children (and a dog).
The patio door in the living room leads you outside, where a patio table and chairs are set up for you. For the children, there’s a small playground with a swing, sandbox, climbing tower, and slide.
Dogs are welcome here. There’s a charge of €5 per dog per day. If you’re bringing one dog, simply check the box next to “Pets.” If you’re bringing multiple dogs, please inquire in advance.
On our farm, which spans over 4 hectares, we have donkeys, sheep, goats, chickens, and cats.
We’d be happy to give you a tour of the farm and introduce you to our animals.
You can take a hike accompanied by our two donkeys, Rudi and Kaspar (for a fee).
Each vacation rental comes with one free parking spot for the duration of your stay, as well as free Wi-Fi.
There’s something for everyone to enjoy in the surrounding area:
– many hiking and biking trails for all ages
– swimming and sauna facilities
– City Outlet Bad Münstereifel
– summer toboggan run & Mechernich Adventure World
– Eifel National Park with many excursion options (e.g., Vogelsang Visitor Center)
– direct DB train service from Nettersheim Station to Cologne and Trier

Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Man ist direkt in der Natur, aber es gibt auch viele Ausflugsziele in der Nähe.

Schöne, frisch Renovierte Wohnung. Viele Tiere auf dem Hof, unsere Grosse durfte teilweise bei Fütterung helfen. Bei defekter Heizung rsagierte die Vermieterin schnell und stellte einen Elektroradiator zur Verfügung.

Die Wohnung liegt super auf dem großen Grundstück mit den vielen Tieren. Es ist alles relativ neu renoviert und im gutem Zustand.
Durch die Tiere hatten wir sehr viele Fliegen in der Wohnung, (Fliegenfallen waren vorhanden) also wäre eine zusätzliche Fliegenklatsche nicht verkehrt. Die Bettwäsche hat uns nicht gefallen (100% Mikrofaser) aber das ist ja auch Geschmackssache. Die Vermieterinnen sind sehr nett und geben gerne Auskunft über ihre Arbeit mit den Tieren. Perfekt für Kinder!
