The Empress is a 44 unit gated community on Scenic Gulf Dr. overlooking the pristine waters of the the beautiful Emerald Coast. The floor plan features two balconies with views of both the Gulf of Mexico from the front and Stewart Lake and the Choctawhatchee Bay from the back.
Enjoy the views of the ocean from the master bedroom, living room, kitchen, and guest room. The kitchen features unique ceramic tile countertops and upgraded stainless appliances. You'll enjoy the surround sound and ROKU so you can easily access Netflix, Pandora, etc. during your stay.
Include two beach chairs and umbrella for each day of your stay from March through October.
The unit was also modified to be handicap accessible. (Please ask manager about any specific accessibility needs when booking).

This was our second time staying at The Empress, the first staying in this beautiful condo. The condo was perfect and spacious for me and my husband and our 4 children. We can’t wait to come back next year.
