Perched on the walls, in the shadow of the tower hike, find the soul of Provence in this small charming house in the heart of old nyons, close to the city center.
beautifully renovated in earthy tones, tastefully furnished and very well equipped, this house has two beautiful bright rooms, a dining room, a large bathroom toilet linen and kitchen overlooking terrace
The house is located in the old town. In fact, it is part of the rampart. On the one hand, it is open to the outside of the city and surrounding hills we see (the Devès) the other, by the court, overlooking the Rue des Petits Forts, a pedestrian lane that winds to Calvary.
On the side, it runs along the Passage du Ha-Ha old postern provided access outside the city in case of siege ...
Down the street are local shops: bakery, grocery store. Place des Arcades is 100 m away. It takes a few minutes to the cinema or the water park on foot.
The usual entrance to the house is through the stone staircase that overlooks the courtyard of the passage of Ha! Ha! After the grid, it leads to a balcony that communicates with the court and allows you to enter the kitchen.
It is fully equipped with stove (mixed gas / electricity), oven, dishwasher, microwave, food processor, extractor hood. The house has a CMV.
The kitchen serves the living room / dining room. It has a sofa, a table for 6 with extension and a closet with a stereo (radio - CD - MP3), telephone, TV point. A workbook recency tourism opportunities, walks and hikes.
