About this house rental

New luxury rental in the small village of Saint Maurice sur Eygues just 12 kms from Vaison la Romaine and 10 kms from Nyons.
The house enjoys a clear view facing Mont Ventoux. The latter built in 2014, has all the necessary equipment for your comfort such as air conditioning, internet access, dishwasher, washing machine, with a capacity of 6 people. You will also appreciate its big terrace in the shade of its pergola and more particularly, its swimming pool of 8.5 mx 4 m with flat bottom (having a space whirlpool on the stairs) and reassured for the children. The latter is for your exclusive use (shared with no one else, you are the only residents on the property).
You will enjoy a very comfortable house, very intimate, not overlooked, clean and neat, not the owner.
The animals are accepted, the ground is entirely closed.
Reservations are only from Saturday to Saturday.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au calme, malheureusement nous n'avons pas pû profiter de la piscine car octobre a été frisquet cette année. Beaucoup de choses a voir et visiter je recommande vivement.

Ein gut ausgestattetes, gemütlich eingerichtetes Häuschen mit schönem Garten und privatem Pool. Vor dem Haus ist ausreichend Platz um Auto, Anhänger und Motorrad abzustellen. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Ziele für Touren mit Fahrrad, Auto und Motorrad. Da kann man gut entspannen, gerne wieder mal in Zukunft.

Nous sommes partis avec ma compagne et nos 2 petits chiens pour une semaine. Un accueil chaleureux nous attendait ainsi que cette superbe maison avec jardin et piscine. Endroit calme avec beaucoup d’activités différentes à faire aux alentours et de beaux paysages. Je recommande fortement !

Tout est conforme à la description et aux photos . Maison de belle prestation, bien équipée, propre et calme. Tout est parfait, bonne literie et jolie décoration. Een met smaak ingerichte vakantiewoning waarbij het aan niks ontbreekt. Voor ons viel het weer helaas wat tegen maar toch verveelden we ons hier geen minuut. In de buurt is er zoveel te beleven dat er binnen een straal van 20' enorm veel mogelijkheden zijn zoals de natuur, plaatselijke markten, de traditionele dorpjes, wandelroutes ... Het huis op zich heeft alles wat men nodig heeft met vooral een goed slaapcomfort, mooi uitzicht, aangenaam zwembad op warme dagen, internet en tv ... Vriendelijke ontvangst en verwelkoming met een aangeboden flesje rosé, altijd plezant. Een gîte die we met stip noteren en zeker aanraden.

Toller Pool und toller Garten. Alles da was man braucht. Allerdings ist es notwendig ein paar Sprachkenntnisse auf Französisch zu haben da Vermieter kein Englisch spricht obwohl im Inserat angegeben Haben uns halt versucht per App zu verständigen...An Regenragen gibt es viel Ausflugsmöglichkeiten.

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine rythmée par les randonnées, les visites et la détente. La maison est belle, décorée avec goût et très propre ! La vue depuis le jardin est magnifique, le secteur est calme. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et nous ont offerts une bouteille de vin à notre arrivée :) Nous y retournerons car la semaine est passée si vite que nous n'avons pas pu visiter tout ce que la région nous offre... N'hésitez pas, tout est parfait !

Nous avons été très bien accueilli. La maison est moderne, très propre et bien équipée. Elle est située à l'orée du village, et est située de ce fait dans un endroit très calme et reposant. De plus, le terrain est entièrement et vraiment clos, aucun problème pour nos chiens, ce qui a contribué à la sérénité de nos vacances. Les propriétaires sont charmants et habitent dans la même rue. Ils sont très à l'écoute des problèmes éventuels. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir lors d'un prochain séjour.
