Excellent location: 200m from the beach, in the center of Roses, all types of shops within 100m (bakery, supermarket, covered market, cinema, tourist office, etc.), 200m from the bus stop. We can do everything on foot !!! Large parking nearby.

+Appartment clean and all included for daily need.
+central location, short walk to the beach, supermarkets and restaurants
-a bit noisy due to parking lot gates under the balcony and various animals in the neighborhood - but that's just how it is in southern cities
+/- balcony in the evening not on the sunny side (but in the sommer time it is not bad ;) )
-few parking spaces in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, but large parking spaces 300m away
