Located in a quiet area of Santa Margarida in a residence with video surveillance and swimming pool, this apartment of 61 m², on the 1st floor with elevator, will seduce you with its clarity. The open kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, ceramic hob, toaster, coffee maker and all the utensils you may need. The "parental" bedroom has 1 double bed (140) and a large closet. The "children's room" is furnished with 2 single beds (90) and a wardrobe. In the living room, a sofa bed can also accommodate 2 other people. There is a flat screen TV with French and Spanish channels. In the bathroom you will find WC, bath / shower and washing machine. The picture windows in the living room and bedroom give access to a large 12 m² terrace which overlooks the swimming pool, accessible from June to September. Santa Margarida beach is around 900 m away and supermarkets and shops around 300 m away.

Todo perfecto. Limpio, ordenado, bien acondicionado, zona tranquila, aparcamiento al lado del apartamento, supermercados cerca y un montón de actividades para realizar con los niños a pocos metros. Gracias!

El lugar es tranquilo y cerca de Roses. El apartamento limpio e ideal para familia con hijos pequeños. La propietaria muy amable y atenta. Hay sitio para aparcar cerca.

Le four ne marche pas, pas parking,les portes trop compilées pour entrer et sortir accès a la picine, le reste modeste pas de moyen de jouer au ballon ou autre loisirs l’ennui.
